By engaging Dirty Time Landscaping, LLC (“the Company”), you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Payment for all services is due within thirty (15) days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Client agrees to provide accurate billing information and to notify the Company promptly of any disputes or errors. Balances not paid within thirty (30) days are subject to interest at a rate of 8% per month, compounded monthly, until paid in full. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received in a timely manner. If payment is not received within thirty (30) days of the due date, the Company may pursue legal action and/or engage a third-party collection agency. The Client is responsible for all costs associated with such action, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, court costs, filing fees, and collection agency fees. The Company may suspend or permanently terminate services for failure to comply with these terms. Services will not resume until all past-due amounts, including interest and fees, are paid in full. The Company is not liable for minor disturbances or incidental damages caused by snow removal or landscaping services, including but not limited to lawn or sod displacement, movement of gravel or driveway stones, or damage to items not properly marked. The Client is responsible for clearly marking all obstacles, landscaping features, utility structures, and other areas of concern with high-visibility markers prior to service. The Company is not responsible for damage to unmarked items, hidden objects beneath snow or soil, or pre-existing conditions.The Company shall not be held responsible for any slip and fall incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage occurring on serviced properties, regardless of snow, ice, or weather conditions; the property owner remains solely responsible for maintaining safe conditions at all times. The Company shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, equipment failure, or labor shortages. Any deviations, exceptions, or modifications to these terms must be agreed upon in writing and signed by both the Company and the Client. By accepting services from Dirty Time Landscaping, LLC, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.
